Currently the academy is delivering the following courses in this subject:
Year 11 – BTEC Health & Social Care
Year 10 – CNAT Health & Social Care
The academy has chosen to move to the Cambridge National (CNAT) in Health & Social Care as of September 2022 as it introduces our students to the specialist knowledge and skills needed to work in various care settings. Underpinning the qualification is a focus on core values and communicating with individuals so as to maintain their dignity and sense of being valued. This is very much in-line with the academy’s virtues that we develop in all our students.
