In RE, Students are given time for reflections and space for prayer. These sessions promote their emotional wellbeing as well as their character, moral and citizenship education. These sessions enhance their spiritual development and links to their learning in Religious Education.

We aim to empower students to reflect on their own beliefs and values by using everyday objects to create a rich spiritual experience. This will enable students, of all faiths and none, to explore life’s questions, spirituality and faith in a creative and interactive way. Students are free to explore their beliefs in the divine without being limited to a religious view of spirituality.

Students are given time for self-reflection and an oasis of calm in the busyness of a school day. The activities may also prompt students to put their faith into actions and respond to events in the world.
