At St. Michael’s Catholic Academy, we are committed to promoting wellbeing and raising awareness about mental health. This World Mental Health Day, our students came together in a vibrant show of support for an incredible cause—the Headlight Project, a charity chosen by our Head Boy, Dexter.

To mark the occasion, everyone was encouraged to wear yellow and orange, colours that symbolise hope and positivity. The response was amazing! Our school was filled with bright colours, smiles, and a shared commitment to breaking down stigma and supporting mental health initiatives.

Through their efforts, students not only raised vital funds for the Headlight Project but also demonstrated the importance of compassion, community, and understanding. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and positivity throughout the day.

At St. Michael’s, we believe that mental health matters—and together, we can make a difference.
