At St. Michael’s Catholic Academy, we believe in recognising and celebrating achievement—and our weekly initiative, What Went Well Wednesday, is doing just that! Every Wednesday, our doors open to showcase the incredible work and effort of our students, and this term has seen record-breaking attendance for this uplifting event.
Students from all year groups proudly stepped forward to share their successes, including:
- Beautifully crafted essays and creative projects
- Outstanding homework and revision efforts
- Innovative ideas and exceptional presentation skills
The atmosphere was buzzing with positivity, pride, and encouragement, as peers and staff came together to celebrate excellence. Teachers and support staff praised the initiative for its role in:
- Building confidence
- Promoting academic excellence
- Creating a culture where hard work is recognised and rewarded
At St. Michael’s, What Went Well Wednesday is more than an event—it’s a movement that inspires students to aim high and take pride in their achievements.
