Students from St Michael’s Catholic Academy in Billingham recently enjoyed an inspiring visit to Oxford University alongside students from English Martyrs and Our Lady and St Bede.
The trip provided a valuable opportunity for students to experience one of the world's most renowned universities and gain a greater understanding of the opportunities available through higher education.

During the visit, students explored the university campus, learned about student life and discovered the wide range of courses, experiences and opportunities that university study can offer.
Walking through the historic colleges and hearing about life as an undergraduate gave students a fascinating insight into what studying at university could look like in the future.
